As Aftermarket Automotive professionals, it is rather too late for us to be proactive regarding this latest consumer trend towards the increasing purchase of Japanese vehicles at the expense of the big three. Now, at least, let's be reactive. I heard yesterday that, in terms of dollars, the Honda Ridgeline is the most accessorized vehicle in the afermarket. All of us, manufacturers, W.D.'s and retailers should be sure that we are increasing the ratio of our product mix to reflect this new reality--less stuff for the big 3 and more for the new Japanese big three.
