		<description>Even though I'm not a huge fan of pervasive advertising, I actually don't have any problem at all with this idea of advertising &lt;a href="http://www.buyautotruckaccessories.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;auto accesories&lt;/a&gt; on employees.  While I'm always a little concerned about conflicts of interest when a store is trying to push a particular brand, the fact is that the benefits in terms of "uniformity" and staff knowledge makes up for it.  Besides, you never have to buy anything you don't want, so it's almost a non-issue.</description>
