AEM Named Presenting Sponsor of NASA's Inaugural Six Hours of Buttonwillow
AEM

HAWTHORNE, Calif. -- AEM will be the presenting sponsor of NASA's inaugural 6 Hours of Buttonwillow event. The 6-hour endurance event will be held on June 7, 2008, at Buttonwillow Raceway in Buttonwillow, Calif. The race will be held during daylight hours so all cars can participate and is expected to draw more than 50 entries. The event will conclude with a party featuring a live band, BBQ and open bar.

Top finishers at the third annual NASA Championship event at the Mid Ohio Sports Car Course from September 11-14, 2008, will have a shot at the $12,000 in available gift certificates. The contingency program will apply to all classes at the championship event. Drivers who finish in the first, fifth and tenth positions and meet all of the contingency requirements will be awarded a gift certificate for $100. For more information on the contingency program rules, visit www.nasachampionships.com/press.

"We really can't wait for the NASA Championships this year," says Greg Neuwirth, AEM President. "We will be participating in the Honda Challenge series at the Championship event this year and we wanted to come up with a program that would benefit the largest number of potential customers at the event. I think this fits the bill and we hope to give away a large amount of gift certificate money in conjunction with this program."
